I didn’t grow up eating meatloaf so I’ve yet to find a recipe I love. This one seems a fun twist on the usual meatloaf and ingredients that can easily be swapped out (or omitted like cilantro). I’m going to try it in the air fryer to cut down on cooking time but make it as instructed before experimenting.
