Here’s another one from one of my favorite websites, Skinnytaste. Having quick and delicious weeknight meals is a must around here.
This recipe has ingredients that can be swapped, makes yummy leftovers, and is easy for meal prepping. It’s a full meal in itself but you can serve it with a grain or wrapped in a tortilla.
