What time did you go to sleep last night?

A recent study has shown that how much sleep you get (hint 7- 9hrs) is not the only important factor.  When you go to sleep can also affect your health. The risk of cardiovascular disease increases depending on when you go to sleep.

We tend to put sleep after all the other things we have to do but we should actually focus on fitting in everything around our sleep. A low-cost way to improve your everyday wellness would be to set an optimal bedtime and get quality sleep.
